Responsibilities when using Autoshop Source listings, messages, and paid advertising placements.
Marketplace role
Autoshop Source provides equipment discovery, listings, seller contact, and advertising placements. Unless explicitly stated for a particular offer, it is not the seller of the equipment. Listing information is supplied by members or an identified external source and is not independently certified by the marketplace.
Your responsibilities
Provide accurate account and listing information, maintain account security, publish only content you are authorized to use, and follow the marketplace rules. Buyers and sellers are responsible for evaluating equipment, agreeing to transaction terms, and complying with applicable laws.
Equipment transactions
Equipment inspection, payment, delivery, collection, warranties, and any dispute are arranged between the parties. The marketplace does not offer equipment escrow or a guaranteed sale, seller response, or buyer-protection service. Asking prices and availability must be confirmed with the seller.
Paid placements
Advertising and premium-placement prices, currency, and duration are displayed before Stripe Checkout. Placement charges are separate from equipment prices. Banner campaigns may require review before activation. Paid placement is not an endorsement, equipment verification, or a promise of sales.
External sources and advertising
Imported listings disclose their source on their detail pages. Contact requests for those listings are requests for possible relay, not proof that the original seller has joined this marketplace. Sponsored banners can lead to third-party sites with their own terms and privacy practices.
Availability and changes
Listings may be edited, sold, removed, or expire. Access to prohibited or misleading content may be restricted. Review the current listing details, marketplace rules, and displayed purchase terms before relying on an offer or purchasing placement.
